No. OPA! is channel-aligned with its partners. We power first-party, partner-branded ordering and do not sell directly to most merchants or run a competing aggregator.

Can we use our own payment processing?

Yes. Connect is payment-agnostic — you keep your processing relationships; we provide the commerce surface, loyalty wallet, and compliance on top.

What does the partnership economically look like?

A platform certification fee, activation milestones as retailers go live, and a share of GMV flowing through Connect. Specific terms are scoped on a partnership call — there are no public fee schedules.

Will you announce us as a partner?

Only with written approval. Until then, partners are referenced by category and scale only — never by name or logo.
